By , About.com Guide

The beach is a great place to read, and over the next three days, I'm going to chronicle what these vacationers here at Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina are reading.

Beach reads are classicly trashy novels, so these are in no way recommendations - just a survey of the first 10 readers and their books over three days.

3. The Other Side Of The Story

by Marian Keyes. Life and love with three thirty-somethings in London and Dublin.

4. Second Time Around

by Nancy Moser. A magical realism look at we might do with our lives given anothe chance.

5. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

7. A Little Magic
