March is Small Press Month!

Monday March 1, 2004
Now in its 5th year, the aim of Small Press Month is to increase the public awareness of the small independent presses out there... and there are a lot of them. Publishers Weekly estimates close to 7,000 small presses open every year.

In conjunction with Small Press Month, the Small Press Book Fair will take place on March 27-28 at the Small Press Center in Manhattan, and is expected to draw 2000 - 3000 visitors.

Please explore this sampling of Small Presses and their websites.
